How to do the tuck crunch step by step

  1. Lie down with your back flat on the floor and your ankles crossed.
  2. Raise your legs until your thighs are perpendicular to the floor.
  3. Lift your shoulders by contracting your abs and lower slowly.

Form cues

  • Legs still up top
  • Exhale on the way up

  • Pulling on your neck

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
