How to do the dead bug step by step
- Lie on your back with your arms toward the ceiling and your hips and knees at 90 degrees.
- Exhale and press your lower back into the floor.
- Extend one leg and the opposite arm without lifting your back.
- Return and switch sides.

Injury Prevention
2-3 x 10-15 slow2-3 sets of 10-15 slow reps with a light or moderate load, 2-3 times per week.
