How to do the decline reverse crunch step by step

  1. Lie on the decline bench, gripping the top end.
  2. Keep your legs almost straight and parallel to the floor.
  3. Bring them toward your chest, curling your pelvis and lifting your hips.
  4. Lower under control.

  • Slow lowering
