Affiliate policy
Muscle Atlas is free. Part of the income that keeps it running comes from affiliate links. Here is how they work and what they don't change.
What an affiliate link is
Some links on the site lead to online stores. If you visit one of them through our link and buy something, the store pays us a small commission. You pay exactly the same as if you had gone there on your own.
Who we work with
- Amazon: As an Amazon Associate, Muscle Atlas earns from qualifying purchases.
- Decathlon, through its affiliate program.
- Affiliate networks such as Awin, which bring together sports and sports nutrition stores (for example, Bikila).
Our independence
- We pick products using criteria we explain in every article: who each one suits, its strengths and weaknesses, and its price.
- Brands and stores don’t pay to appear, don’t choose the order and don’t review our texts before they go live.
- If a product has flaws, we say so, even when the link is an affiliate link.
- We include products that earn us nothing when they are the best option.
How to spot them
Every article with affiliate links says so at the top. Buy buttons name the store (for example, “View at Amazon”), and in the page code those links are marked as sponsored.
Prices and availability
Prices and ratings are the store's on the date shown in each article, and most stores we link to are based in Spain, so prices are in euros. They can change at any time: the price that counts is the one you see at checkout. Purchase, shipping, returns and warranty are the store's responsibility.
Store cookies
When you visit a store through an affiliate link, that store may set a cookie to know you came from Muscle Atlas. See our cookie policy and each store’s own policy.
Our programs
The training programs we sell on the site are our own products, not affiliate links.
