How to do the superman step by step

  1. Lie face down with your arms extended.
  2. Lift your arms, chest, and legs at the same time.
  3. Hold for 2 seconds and lower.

  • Neutral neck
  • Squeeze your glutes

  • Lifting your head too much

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.

Work in a pain-free range with slow breathing. A little often is better than a lot once in a while.
