How to do the child's pose step by step

  1. On all fours, walk your hands forward.
  2. Sit back on your heels.
  3. Keep your arms extended and relax your back.

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
