How to do the stability ball crunch step by step

  1. Lie with your lower back on the stability ball and your feet planted on the floor.
  2. Let your torso stretch back.
  3. Curl your torso forward and return under control.

Form cues

  • Use the stretch at the bottom
  • Neck still
