How to do the spider crawl step by step

  1. Get into push-up position with your arms bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Lift one foot and bring your knee to the outside of the same-side elbow.
  3. Return and repeat with the other leg.

3 x 8-15 or 20-45 s

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
