How to do the sit-up step by step

  1. Lie down with your knees bent and your feet anchored.
  2. Raise your torso until it forms a V with your thighs.
  3. Lower slowly to the starting position.

  • Exhale on the way up
  • Controlled lowering

  • Pulling your head with your hands

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
