Rope on the high pulley.

How to do the rope crunch step by step

  1. Kneel facing the pulley with the rope held above your head.
  2. Flex your spine, bringing your ribs toward your legs.
  3. Pause at the bottom and return slowly.

3 x 8-15 or 20-45 s

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.

Neutral spine, tight abs and controlled breathing. Progress in time or leverage before adding weight.
