How to do the reverse crunch step by step

  1. Lie down with your arms at your sides and your thighs perpendicular to the floor.
  2. Bring your knees to your chest, curling your pelvis and lifting your hips.
  3. Lower slowly.

  • Curl your pelvis
  • Arms for support, without pushing

  • Swinging your legs for momentum

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
