How to do the plate twist step by step

  1. Sit with your legs slightly bent and lifted off the floor.
  2. Hold a plate in front of your stomach.
  3. Rotate, taking the plate to one side and then the other.

Form cues

  • Straight back
  • Rotate your torso, not just your arms

  • Rounding your back
