How to do the barbell side bend step by step

  1. Stand with the bar on your shoulders and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend sideways at the waist only.
  3. Return to center and repeat on the other side.

  • Hips still
  • Side-to-side movement only

  • Rotating your torso
  • Using too much weight
