Setup and loading

Bar anchored in a landmine or in a corner.

How to do the landmine 180 step by step

  1. Hold the end of the anchored bar at shoulder height with your arms straight.
  2. Set your feet wide.
  3. Rotate your torso and hips, taking the bar to one side and then the other.

Form cues

  • Arms straight the whole time
  • Pivot your feet with the rotation

Common mistakes

  • Bending your arms
  • Losing control at the end of the rotation

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
