Cable at chest height.

How to do the pallof press with rotation step by step

  1. Standing side-on to the cable, hold the handle with both hands at your chest.
  2. Press the handle straight out.
  3. Rotate your torso away from the cable and return to center under control.

Form cues

  • Hips facing forward
  • Controlled rotation

  • Letting the cable yank you around

3 x 8-15 or 20-45 s

3-4 sets of 20-45 seconds or 8-12 slow reps. Rest 45 to 60 seconds.
