How to do the medicine ball full twist step by step

  1. Stand back to back with a partner, 1 meter apart.
  2. Rotate your hips and pass the ball.
  3. Receive it on the other side and repeat.

3-6 sets of 1-5 reps with light or moderate loads (30-60% of your max on the main lifts), or with a ball or your bodyweight. Rest 2 to 3 minutes.
