How to do the elbow-to-knee crunch step by step

  1. Lie down with one leg crossed over the opposite bent knee.
  2. Hands behind your head.
  3. Rotate and curl your torso, bringing your elbow toward the crossed knee.
  4. Finish the set and switch sides.
