How to do the world's greatest stretch step by step

  1. Long lunge with your back knee close to the floor.
  2. Place the hand opposite your front foot on the floor and rotate your torso, reaching the other arm to the ceiling.
  3. Return, place your hand down, and straighten your front leg, shifting your hips back.

Sets and reps for your goal

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.

Work in a pain-free range with slow breathing. A little often is better than a lot once in a while.
