How to do the inchworm step by step

  1. Standing, lower your hands to the floor with your legs straight.
  2. Walk your hands out to a plank position.
  3. Walk your feet up to your hands and repeat.

  • Legs as straight as possible
  • Brace your core in the plank

Common mistakes

  • Letting your hips sag

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.

Work in a pain-free range with slow breathing. A little often is better than a lot once in a while.
