Hold your thigh with your hands if needed.

How to do the 90/90 hamstring stretch step by step

  1. Lie on your back with one leg straight.
  2. Raise the other leg with your hip and knee at 90 degrees.
  3. Straighten your knee until you feel tension and hold.

  • Keep your thigh still
  • Breathe

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.

Work in a pain-free range with slow breathing. A little often is better than a lot once in a while.
