How to do the wall calf stretch step by step

  1. Face the wall with one foot forward.
  2. Place your hands on the wall and lean your hips toward it.
  3. Keep your back heel on the floor.

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
