How to do the decline bench crunch step by step

  1. Hook your legs at the end of the decline bench and lie back.
  2. Hands beside your head, press your lower back into the bench.
  3. Lift your shoulders by contracting your abs and lower slowly.

  • Short range of motion
  • Exhale on the way up

  • Pulling on your neck
  • Using momentum to come up
