How to do the standing torso rotation step by step

  1. Stand with your hands on your waist.
  2. Rotate your torso until you feel a stretch.
  3. Hold for 10-15 seconds and switch.

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
