How to do the standing hip circles step by step

  1. Stand on one leg, holding on to a support.
  2. Raise the other knee to 90 degrees.
  3. Open your hip, drawing a big circle, and switch direction.

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
