How to do the lying glute stretch step by step

  1. Lie on your back and raise one leg.
  2. Rotate the leg, bringing your foot over the opposite hip.
  3. Pull your knee toward the opposite shoulder and hold.

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
