How to do the ez-bar preacher curl step by step

  1. Sit at the preacher bench with your arms on the pad.
  2. Grab the EZ bar on the narrow grip.
  3. Curl the bar up and lower until your arm is almost straight.

Form cues

  • Armpits snug against the edge of the pad
  • Slow lowering

  • Dropping the weight at the bottom
