How to do the cable internal rotation step by step

  1. Sit or stand side-on to the pulley with your elbow tucked and bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Rotate your forearm toward your stomach.
  3. Return slowly.

  • Elbow tucked to your side
  • Slow movement

  • Letting your elbow drift away from your body

Injury Prevention

2-3 x 10-15 slow

2-3 sets of 10-15 slow reps with a light or moderate load, 2-3 times per week.

Control the lowering (about 3 seconds). This is quality work, not fatigue work: finish every set feeling good.
