How to do the triceps stretch step by step

  1. Reach one hand behind your head.
  2. Gently pull the elbow with your other hand.
  3. Hold for 10-20 seconds and switch.

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
