How to do the lateral leg swings step by step

  1. Stand next to a support, on one leg.
  2. Swing the other leg, straight, out to the side.
  3. Let it cross in front of you and repeat.

  • Keep your torso still
  • Gradually increase the range

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.

Work in a pain-free range with slow breathing. A little often is better than a lot once in a while.
