How to do the band hip adduction step by step

  1. Anchor the band and loop it around the ankle of your far leg.
  2. Bring your leg toward your midline and cross it in front.
  3. Return slowly.

3-4 sets of 6-12 reps (up to 15-20 on isolation exercises) at 65-80% of your max. Rest 1 to 2 minutes.
