How to do the stick chest and shoulder stretch step by step

  1. Hold a stick in front of you with a wide grip.
  2. Raise it overhead and carefully bring it back.
  3. Hold where you feel the stretch.

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
