Medium overhand grip.

How to do the lying triceps press step by step

  1. Lie back with the EZ bar over your chest and your arms straight.
  2. Lower the bar toward your forehead, bending only at the elbows.
  3. Extend again.

3-4 sets of 6-12 reps (up to 15-20 on isolation exercises) at 65-80% of your max. Rest 1 to 2 minutes.
