How to do the all-fours quad stretch step by step

  1. On all fours, lift one foot and grab it with your hand.
  2. Keep your knee bent.
  3. Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch.

Mobility

2-3 x 20-40 s per side

2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds or 8-10 slow reps. Daily or before training.
